Terms of Use

 Visiting the Site or sending emails to Rolling Room Rentals constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. 

Reservation Deposit: A minimum deposit of $250 is required to hold your rental dates. Final Balance: The remaining balance is due in full 14 days before your rental start date.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds are issued based on the following schedule:14+ days notice: Full refund.

8–13 days notice: $125 refund.7 days or less notice: No refund (the $250 deposit is retained).

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rolling Room Rentals, its officers, employees, and agents from any losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
